Development of this excursion
Upon arrival, we are greeted by park guides who divide us into small groups.
Once grouped, our adventure through the park begins, and we start the circuit of activities.
Duration
After picking up guests from the last hotel, the journey to Hacienda Park is estimated to take just under an hour.
Once at Hacienda Park, you can enjoy a full day of its many activities , all of which are conducted with the utmost safety.

Buggies
Duration: 40 – 45 minutes
Our first activity will be behind the wheel of some spectacular buggies , which are adaptable to all kinds of conditions, even the most extreme.
We’ll make a stop at the Anamuya River , where we can enjoy its crystal-clear waters and have the opportunity to take a refreshing swim.
Horseback riding
Duration: 40 – 45 minutes
We’re trading the steering wheel for a saddle. You’ll discover the stunning surroundings of Anamuya riding the finest horses in the Dominican Republic .
Our Spanish, Appaloosa, and Quarter Horses receive the best care every day and are in peak condition for this activity amidst the Dominican wilderness.
Safari
Duration: 40 – 45 minutes
Riding in a military truck, you’ll experience the daily life of rural Dominicans and tour cacao, sugarcane, and coffee plantations .
You’ll also visit a Dominican village, observing its way of life and daily routine. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to sample local products .
Zipline
Duration: 1 hour
It’s time to unleash your adrenaline in the heart of the wild jungle! Five fantastic ziplines offer breathtaking views of the mountains and valleys of Anamuya .
One of these ziplines is considered the longest in the Caribbean , stretching over a kilometer and boasting the highest point in the Dominican Republic with a 200-meter drop . You’ll reach speeds exceeding 70 kilometers per hour!
Quick Jump
Duration: 5 minutes
Once you’ve completed the five ziplines, you’ll surely be craving one last thrill. For that, we’ve prepared our famous Quick Jump , where you can take a leap of over 20 meters into the void . A truly unique experience!
But don’t worry, it’s not a mandatory activity to continue the tour. Those who don’t dare to take the jump can descend via a ladder.
Chairlift
Duration: 15 minutes
This is an activity you won’t find anywhere else in the country.
It’s the first and, so far, only chairlift built in the Dominican Republic , allowing you to ascend from the base to the mountain’s summit in a matter of minutes.
From the top, you’ll have incredible views of the Anamuya rainforest and the Caribbean Sea . At the top, you can descend again by chairlift or start ziplining .
100% Dominican Buffet
After a full day of experiences, it’s time to head to our exceptional buffet to savor the best of Dominican cuisine. Fish in coconut sauce, pumpkin soup, sancocho (a traditional stew), and rice pudding are just a few examples of the dishes we offer our guests.

Security
To ensure the safety of our clients, Hacienda Park has a number of restrictions and measures that must be followed:
- Pregnant women will only be able to participate in the safari activity and enjoy the buffet dishes .
- People who are shorter than 120 centimeters or weigh more than 250 pounds will not be able to do the zipline , the quick jump or the horse ride.
- The minimum height required to participate in the buggy activity is 110 centimeters .
- In the zipline activity, the waist circumference may not exceed 42” or 107 centimeters .
- You are allowed to use your camera or mobile phone in all activities except: zipline, quick jump and horse riding.
- Only adults over 18 years of age with a driver’s license will be allowed to drive the buggies .
- Wearing a helmet is mandatory throughout the entire route.
Additional information of interest
- We have a children’s area called Hacienda Kids . There, the little ones can participate in special activities and play with other children if they don’t want to do the excursion activities.
- We have a healthcare service available to you, prepared for any unforeseen event .
- At the end of the excursion, you can purchase the photographs taken by our cameramen during the activities.
